Join us for a true gourmet food and wine experience that will excite and amaze your tastebuds with 6 premium wines to taste. 

We begin the evening with a welcome glass of Sparkling Brut and a tasty morsel to whet your appetite. You will be seated in a luxurious setting with full table service and an amazing selection of wines all explained by the winemaker himself Will from Lindsay Wines of the Barossa Valley. We start with 3 wonderful cheeses each paired perfectly with different wines to accentuate the flavours.

We will then move onto a 3 course dinner crafted by your chef Enrico around 3 paired wines which will perfectly match the delicious food presented so you get maximum enjoyment from the pairings.

Your MC for the evening will be Channel 9's very own Heidi Pozzan who is a self confessed wine lover and will surely have some entertaining moments to share.
