Ideally suited to the temperate, yet cool climate of Currency Creek wine region, Cabernet grapes produce rich, robust wines with flavours of dark berries. The Creek Reserve is a specially selected parcel of very late picked fruit from our family owned vineyard. Near dry grown and extremely low yielding it’s all about intensity of flavour. Those who appreciate an outstanding Cabernet will love this wine.

Keeping in line with the "hands on" theme each bottle front is handwritten and signed by the winemaker...it doesn't get direct as that!

A blend of our very best barrels in what was a spectacular vintage. It’s incredible how this wine delivers such intense current flavours and silky tannins that linger endlessly. Basket pressed and patiently barrel matured. A wine that is aging so gracefully and still with enormous further cellaring potential.

We blend our Verrier Durif Shiraz each year from individually selected barrels of Durif and Shiraz with the aim to make the best wine we can from these two varieties from that season. The varietal mix is usually around 70% Durif and 30% Shiraz, but it varies from year to year depending on what tastes the best.

Durif is the iconic red variety of the Rutherglen region and makes full bodied red wines with rich dark berry fruits and great aging potential. It blends superbly with Shiraz to highlight the best of each variety.
